Our meals are prepared and prepped fresh locally the week of delivery. Unlike many meal delivery kit companies, we take care of all the hard work for you and the majority of our meals are freezer-friendly (unless otherwise noted). That way nothing goes to waste. The meals are there for you when you need them!
Our menu changes monthly. Each month you will find a new selection of 8-12 items.
We deliver within the Columbus metro area and select suburbs outside of the I-270 loop: Dublin, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard, Lewis Center, New Albany, Plain City, Powell, Westerville, and Worthington. Please feel free to email lisa@mealthyme4u.com to confirm if you are in our delivery zone.
We currently deliver twice a month on Wednesdays. The dates for the month are posted on our website. We deliver between 3-6pm on delivery day. We will send you a delivery reminder email the day before delivery (make sure to add lisa@mealthyme4u.com to your email contact list so that the reminder email doesn't go in your spam/junk mail file).
Yes, our delivery fee is $10 per delivery.
Yes, our order minimum is $50.
You can submit your request (ex. no mushrooms) in the notes section at checkout. We cannot guarantee your request but we will do our best to accommodate. We will be sure to email you if we are unable to accommodate your request.
Orders must be placed 3 days prior to delivery (deadline is end of day Sunday for that Thursday's delivery). Orders received after the deadline will automatically be moved to the next available delivery date.
No. If you won’t be home during the delivery timeframe, we ask that you please leave a large cooler on your front porch for us to put the meals in.
If there is a cooler on your porch, we will automatically leave the meals in your cooler and we will not disturb you.
If there is NOT a cooler on your porch, we will knock on your door or ring your doorbell. If there is no answer, we will leave the order in one of our insulated bags on your front porch. We assume no responsibility for the meals once they are left on your porch.
We understand that you will sometimes forget to put a cooler on your front porch. In the event we have to leave our insulated bag, we do appreciate it being returned to us for recycling. Please leave the bag on your front porch on your next delivery day (along with your cooler) and we will pick it up!
Nope! You can place an order whenever you want (monthly, quarterly, twice a month, once a year, etc). We are here for you when you need us. No commitment required.
We flash freeze all of the meals before delivery (unless otherwise noted such as salads, occasional desserts, and our delivery day specials). Some items may arrive refrigerated if its an extra busy week for us (we only have so much freezer space).
We pack your order separately in its own insulated bag for delivery. Our casserole type dishes typically arrive in foil pans. Our crockpot/grill ready items come in plastic freezer bags (double bagged).
You can place the meals in your freezer when you receive them (unless it's a non-freezer item). If there is meal/s you know that you want to make in the next 1-3 days after delivery, go ahead and put the meal/s in your refrigerator.
Please note that some of our meals may contain raw meat (such as our crockpot kits and grill ready meals). It is important that you follow the cooking directions and internal temperature recommendations on each meal (cooking times may vary depending on your refrigerator temperature, type of oven, etc.).
For best results, we recommend thawing each meal completely in your refrigerator before cooking (meals may take 1-2 days to thaw depending on your refrigerator temperature and the type of meal; casseroles tend to take the longest to thaw).
